Gas safety certificate for the flat.

Looking fwd to another kick-back year living by the coast! We are all happy with Olly and Rob and Velo being new official housemates as of 31/01/2026.

Update

Working from home: As we do a lot of our prep work from home we know how much of an asset this is and are happy to offer the extra office space for use of all. Loft space access: it’s not esp urgent so we will put it over to 2027-28
